Tsuneko Kemp is from Okinawa, Japan. As a Navy wife, she moved to the U.S. She is a mother and practicing cosmetologist, owning her own shop. She has always been interested in art but pursued art studies later in life. As an artist, Tsuneko has attended many workshops and courses under the tutelage of great instructors. She has her own unique style and has incorporated her cultural heritage into her work. She finds great joy in learning new techniques and different mediums. Tsuneko investigates various approaches to creating her art and expresses herself in such beautifully novel ways.
